1. DIN bright white or black high precision seamless steel tube
  This kind of steel tube can meet the special requirements of all the industries needing steel tubes with high precision and smooth finish. The mechanical properties of this kind of steel tube apply to be bent at any angle. And it can meet all kinds of requests for high pressure, cold bending, tube expanding, staving, tensile strength and impulsion. In these machining processes no blowout and crackle occurs, no oxide profile appears on both the inner and outer walls, so its impossible to bring about any jam in pneumatic, hydraulic and oil pipes. 3. DIN high pressure steel tube for large scale diesel engine
  Aimed at the peculiarity of raw material quality used to make tubes for high pressure diesel engine, we choice the carbon quality steel 20A and 20G manufactured by Shanghai Baoshan Steel Company as our raw material. The mechanical properties of this brand are better than any others in our country in percentage elongation, compression strength, tensile strength, and especially in high pressure conditions.
We adopt DIN73000 as our manufacturing standard to make this kind of product. This standard is better than the national standard GB3093¡ª86. The mechanical properties, size tolerances and other properties are sure to meet the needs of tubes for high pressure diesel engines. So it's the perfect tube to replace the imported ones.
4. DIN high precision bright shining stainless steel tube
  having been used the unique rolling technology and outstanding heat treatment techniques, the produced tubes has higher smooth finish, higher size precision(its tolerance is controlled in less than ¡À0.025mm), good quality in anticorrosion, better plasticity. Its service life is far more than the regulations assigned in the national standards.

5. DIN high precision bearing steel tube
  It has the properties of good compression resistance, better wearing resistance, high smooth polish and long service life.
This product is controlled all the processes from its raw material purchasing to completion, achieved our 3G principles: Good choice of material, Good making with extra care and Good overhauling.
The row materials are all the good quality chromium steel purchased from Shanghai Baoshan Steel Company. The mechanical properties such as compression strength, tensile strength, and especially its wearability are absolutely fine.
In its manufacturing processes, we ensure every working procedure¡¯s qualities according to the requirements of quality system. At the very first producing stage the material is labeled in a uniform regulation, so that every link in the production chain could be traced back. So the product quality is ensured. The standard GB/T18254¡ª2000 is applied to this product. And the product is inspected one-by-one with the outstanding inspection equipment.
